About the Project
During my High School Diploma in Applied Arts (2018–2022), my journey in graphic design truly began. I honed my skills using traditional mediums such as poster colors, brushes, watercolors, oil pastels, and other artistic materials to create and hand-paint advertisements and artwork. This hands-on approach to design and creativity laid the foundation for my artistic growth and passion for visual storytelling.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I took the initiative to launch a miniature business on Instagram, creating personalized portraits for friends and family members for a small fee. This venture, which I consider a success, was deeply fulfilling as it allowed me to apply my art skills in the real world. It not only strengthened my confidence in my abilities but also solidified my ambition to become a successful graphic designer. Additionally, this experience taught me the essentials of running a business, such as understanding market demand and consistently striving to improve the quality of my work to meet client expectations.
My portfolio proudly features a selection of my paintings, drawings, and portraits, which showcase the artistic foundation I’ve built over the years. This journey has been instrumental in shaping my creativity and determination to bring meaningful, visually captivating designs to life.
